I was in a bad spot when my water heater took a dump and started leaking overnight the day before my wife's bday. Worst part is, I couldn't use the shutoff valve on the actual tank because it was stripped and had to shut off the main. At this point we are a family with no water. Did the whole frantic search for someone to come do a tank replacement. They were all just too far out appointment-wise and some are still contacting me and ARES is already done lol. Aaron gave me his personal number, a quote, and scheduled the maintenance before anyone else even contacted me. The techs arrived at 9:30 a.m. and were done before noon, boom! Quote stayed the same, no bs. Daniel & Gladimir were absolutely phenomenal. Can't thank you guys enough for saving my wife's birthday week the way you did. Guess these are my new plumbers.
